This website is operated by Eleanor Greetings. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eleanor Greetings. Eleanor Greetings offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times are separate from shipping times that you may see at checkout. All orders submitted after 2pm CST will process next business day. All orders are processed Monday-Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There could be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

STATUS CHECK OF ORDER 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at elgreetings@outlook.com and we will look into it for you.
